Short is 12mm long, and wide is 18mm long.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEvery frame uses at least one short insert. \u003cstrong\u003eCheck with your frame manufacturer to see which combination you'll need.\u003c\/strong\u003e If your frame uses an external battery, there's a good chance that you'll use two short inserts. If you have a battery that is internal in the downtube, and you have to remove the motor to access it, you'll use one short and one long insert.
