Fulfillment time

Vapor Propulsion Labs (VPL) uses a standard fulfillment time of 2 business days. Your order will most likely go out in that timeframe, though some extenuating circumstances may mean your order doesn't leave our warehouse within that period. We strive to get orders out faster than that, and 95% of the time we do. This is why we don't offer overnight shipping options. If you absolutely need it overnight, email us before you place your order, and we'll let you know if that's possible.

OE packaging

We don't believe in packaging for packaging's sake. We do believe in reducing our footprint as much as possible. That's why we order nearly all of our products in OE packaging. That means there's no fancy box or tin. There's probably no foam. Your products may be packed in a plastic bag, but we avoid that wherever possible. There won't be individually-bagged screws or hardware. We use recycled packaging, padding, box filler, and reused plastic bags if we need to use any. This reduces the amount of new packaging that needs to be created on our (and your) behalf, and reduces the amount of energy needed to transport the bulk products and your shipment. If you want fancy retail packaging, we're not your source.

Shipping insurance

VPL is not responsible for damages incurred by shipping carriers. Insurance is automatically included on all orders, for the full value of the order, for your protection and ours.
